Perennial starting to change the season on beers

Daylight savings time is about to begin, another signal that spring is right around the corner.  That means it’s time to welcome new, lighter beers and the say goodbye to Winter beers.

The good folks at Perennial are getting ready too.  Their last batch of 17 Mint Chocolate Stout has made its way from the brewhouse to the cellar this week, bringing an end to the southside breweries  largest stout season yet.

What’s next?  “We’re on to Berliner Weisse! It’s an exciting time as we give our weary backs a rest and welcome a slew of new sensations for our palates,” said brewer Jonathan M Moxey

Expect to begin seeing  the lighter stuff making its way out later in April.
