One of my favorite stops at any local beer festival is the booth hosted by Dave Johnson and the team from Missouri Beer Company. I became a fan of this brewery after my first taste of Red Rye IPA.
The Missouri Beer Company is located in the original O’Fallon Brewing Company at 22 W. Industrial Drive in O’Fallon. At first, they opened a production only facility, but have since opened a tasting room where they offer full pours, tasters, growler, and crowler fills and swag.
Now, it appears, MBC is growing and growing fast.
Starting in January the brewery is taking over its whole building and adding an additional 2000+ square feet to create bigger, better, and fancier tap room.
“We also will have extra space to store barrels, have Private party space, some games, and Live music!” said the brewery on social media.
You can expect more dining options as they are working to host some food trucks on the weekends.
