DECEMBER
Best Day Brewing – Dark Diamond (0% ABV): Dark Mexican-style NA lager with roasted malt, cocoa warmth, and a crisp finish. A portion of the proceeds supports Protect Our Winters.
Ferguson Brewing Co. – Vanilla Bourbon Porter (12.5% ABV | 33 IBU): Dark brown with a creamy head, full of vanilla bean, caramel, cocoa, and roasted malt. Warm bourbon finish. Final release of a fan favorite.
The Hop Brewery – Midnight Stave Bourbon Stout (ABV not listed): A post–Black Friday bomber aged on oak staves from Honey Heist Mead Co.’s Confidence Man mead and finished with Blade and Bow bourbon. Dark, warm, and complex.

Opera House Brewing – 3iAtlas (ABV not listed | IBU not listed): Clean West Coast IPA with citrus bite, pine snap, and a crisp finish. Named for the mysterious green-glowing comet 3I/ATLAS.
Side Project Brewing – Obscura (6% ABV | IBU not listed): American stout infused three times with Ugandan vanilla beans. Bold vanilla, cocoa depth, creamy sweetness, dried fruit hints, and soft milk chocolate.

White Rooster Homebrew Takeover
White Rooster hosts a Homebrew Takeover from noon to 4 p.m., featuring homebrewer collaborations on tap, DJ Masta Blasta spinning throughout the afternoon, and a lineup of one-off pours. Tasting tickets are $25, with all proceeds benefiting Life Savers.

Shortleaf Chili Cook-Off (Winghaven)
Shortleaf fires up its annual Chili Cook-Off at 3 p.m. Bring your best batch and enter for free — competitors get a pint and full chili tasting. The winning recipe earns a $50 gift card and a spot on the winter menu. Not cooking? A $15 adult tasting ticket (pint + voting ticket) or $10 kid ticket (hot chocolate + voting ticket) gets you in on the judging.
