You know what’s amazing about the local brewing community in St. Louis? Â It’s the amazing sense of brotherhood and sisterhood that exists in what is a truly competitive area of business: brewing and selling beer.
This sort of cooperation is at the heart of an event, Saturday at the Saint Louis Hop Shop on Cherokee. Â Urban Chestnut Brewing Company is debuting the release of a new variety pack, featuring four Belgian style beers.
“We actually planned this event with UCBC about a month ago to showcase Wolpertinger,” said Justin Harris of STL Hop Shop. Â “Unfortunately, we weren’t able to get a any on draft due to how successful it was this year. So, when I spoke with my rep about our upcoming tasting he came up with this idea.”
You can pick up your new variety pack from 3 to 5 p.m. at the Saint Louis Hop Shop located at located in the Cherokee Business District at 2606 Cherokee Street.
