Schlafly’s Cabin Fever Festival is back
Time to bundle up and raise a beer in the middle of winter, and hope that the snow stays away this year.
Schlafly Beer is once again embracing the chilly season with the brewery’s annual Cabin Fever Festival. The winter beer festival, held at Schlafly Bottleworks (7260 Southwest Ave, St. Louis), will return on Saturday, January 11 from noon to 4.
The outdoor event features 30+ beers of Schlafly’s favorite styles, ranging from seasonals to sought after winter warmers, fire pits, ice sculptures, live music, comfort foods, a heated patio and more.
“Cabin Fever brings together over 1,000 local beer enthusiasts to bundle up and embrace the cold. You’ve made it through the holidays, and it’s the best way to shake off the restlessness of winter,” says Founding Brewer Stephen Hale.
Some of what’s pouring
Tappings for this year’s festival include seasonal favorites from Coffee Stout, Tasmanian IPA and Mexican Chocolate Stout (part of Schlafly’s Stout Bout sampler back) to festival-exclusives like a Whiskey-Infused Scottish Red Ale, Fresh Hop Sabro and more.
We are working on a complete pour list.
Ticket Information
Tasting tickets are available for $35 in advance ($40 at the event) and include unlimited Schlafly Beer samples, a commemorative tasting glass and full access to the festival grounds. Food and select draft beers will also be available for purchase for non-tasting attendees. Live music from Falling Fences will keep the crowds moving and grooving throughout the festival. Tickets can be purchased here.
