We know who’s pouring Pappy Van Winkle right now

If you have ever been lucky enough to have the nectar that is Pappy Van Winkle bourbon wash across your tongue, you’ll get why this is a big deal.

Pappy Van Winkle is a rare, limited edition bourbon that is produced at Kentucky’s Buffalo Trace Distillery in collaboration with the Van Winkle family. It is estimated that less than 10,000 barrels are released each year which is why when it’s available, it’s usually for a short period of time.

That demand is about to soar as Gamlin Whiskey House in the Central West End has just secured a batch of 23-year, 20-year, 15-year, 10-year and rye.  All are now available now, but we doubt there will be a drop come Christmas and Hanukkah.

Each variety will be offered in a 1.5 oz, or 2.5 oz pour.

Pappy Van Winkle 10yr 1.5oz –  $25, 2.5 $31

Pappy Van Winkle 12yr 1.5, $30, 2.5 $36

Pappy Van Winkle 15yr 1.5 $42, 2.5 $50

Pappy Van Winkle 20yr 1.5 $65, 2.5 $80

Pappy Van Winkle 23yr 1.5 $85, 2.5 $125
The rye is $40 and $48

The Gamlin Whiskey House is located at 236 N. Euclid Ave.
