Chao Baan, the new modern Thai restaurant located in The Grove (4087 Chouteau Ave. St. Louis, MO 63110), announces a new menu of house cocktails developed by Lindsey MacTaggart, beverage director.
MacTaggart, the newest member of Chao Baan’s team, offers eight house cocktails inspired by Thai flavors and ingredients. The menu is available right now.

Plum Old Fashioned
akashi ume, templeton rye, simple syrup, bitters
plantation rum, lime, house made peanut orgeat
haku vodka, simple syrup, muddled lime, muddled Thai chili
Sochu like Thai Food?
roku gin, lemongrass sochu, lime, simple syrup
lemon juice, tamarind, simple syrup, soda water
pineapple, sweetened coconut milk, lime, grated nutmeg
Smoky Hot Thai Boi*
