Classic Mule – Absolut Vodka and fresh lime juice perfectly combined and topped with ginger beer.  Mezcal Mule – Los Amantes Joven Mezcal with prickly pear syrup, muddled jalapeño and lime juice, and finished with ginger beer.  Mexi-Mule – Espolón Blanco Tequila unites with fresh grapefruit juice, agave nectar and lime juice. The drink is completed with ginger beer.
