Cantina Laredo is offering guests an exceptional choice of culinary options to ring in the New Year of 2016 and pay tribute to the exiting year of 2015.
The Clayton restaurant, a local favorite for its modern spin on Mexican cuisine, is offering a special prix fixe menu featuring three courses again this year. The popular menu will be available from December 31, 2015 through January 2, 2016. In addition, a trio of handcrafted cocktails will also be featured.
Classic Mule – Absolut Vodka and fresh lime juice perfectly combined and topped with ginger beer. Mezcal Mule – Los Amantes Joven Mezcal with prickly pear syrup, muddled jalapeño and lime juice, and finished with ginger beer. Mexi-Mule – Espolón Blanco Tequila unites with fresh grapefruit juice, agave nectar and lime juice. The drink is completed with ginger beer.
