Taco Circus, Trops join forces for new slushie + taco adventure.
Two of my favorite things are coming together and it’s going to change everything for many people. Taco Circus and Tropical Liqueurs (Trops) are joining together inside Trops’ current location in The Grove.

Taco Circus @ Trops features a new menu bringing together Trops’ New Orleans style and Taco Circus’ Austin, Texas, roots.
“This past year has given us the opportunity to plan for the future and find what we think is the perfect fit for a dining experience within Trops. With summer on the horizon, we are excited to bring Taco Circus to The Grove. There is such a natural fit between tacos and slushies, we know our guests will love it,” says Billy Thompson, a member of the Trops ownership group.
The menu will feature Taco Circus’ signature homemade tortillas, Al Pastor, chicken, beef and vegan street tacos, burritos, nachos along with a Mexican twist on St. Louis-style pizza, elotes and churros. The weekend brunch features Tres Leches French toast with Una Vida Tequila ice cream, Chile Relleno Tortilla Espanola, Michoacan-style charbroiled pork belly eggs Benedict served on homemade sopes, homemade bite-size sopaipillas with cajeta, Taco Circus’ famed breakfast tacos and breakfast quesadillas. Late-night tacos will also be offered.
Trops is following all current St. Louis City COVID-19 guidelines and offers indoor and outdoor seating, along with curbside delivery.
