St. Louis has had a rough few weeks—too much snow and freezing rain and wind, mostly. Thankfully, there are so many ways to forget the weather. One way to forget the elements is to indulge in the good things in life, and yes I’m talking beer, wine, and scrumptious foods.
I’ve been keeping my eyes open for top-end food and beer, or wine pairings, but I did not think I’d run into one that included all three.
Plans have been announced for an entertaining & educational evening at Defiance Ridge Vineyards, featuring a collaboration with Cory King, owner & brewmaster of Side Project Brewing. The night will feature a 5-course menu featuring both Defiance Ridge Vineyards wine & Side Project beers!
