The St. Louis based spirits company imports organic vodka from a family-owned distillery in the scenic Piedmont region of Italy. Piedmont means âfoot of the mountainâ and the distillery literally sits at the foot of the Italian Alps.
A supply of pure crystalline water was discovered on the distillery grounds. Combine this pure water with organic grainâfree of commercial fertilizers and pesticidesâ and you have the ingredients for Purus vodka.
Three cocktails will be offered for your choice, all featuring Purus Vodka.
