Are you a cider fan? This new pop-up bar is for you

St. Louis cider fans have a new reason to head to Belleville this month. Eckert’s Farm, is opening its first-ever winter pop-up bar, The Cozy Cider Cabin, open Thursdays – Sundays from Jan. 12 to Feb. 19. The winter pop-up will be held in Eckert’s new Cider Shed with a mountain-side cabin atmosphere and specialty food and drink menu.

Cider flavors include apple, strawberry, peach, and varying berry flavors.

The idea here is simple; who doesn’t love a cabin? And for many imbibing on some sweet cider in a cabin is the way to to. Eckert’s Cozy Cider Cabin is $5 to book a reservation which will be donated to Heat Up St. Louis.

Guests are invited to cozy up by the fire and be transported to a cabin-like atmosphere with rustic decor adorning the space.

“We see the Cider Shed as an investment to the future – offering both family-friendly activities and new events for adults, like themed pop-up bars. To transform the space into a cozy and fun atmosphere during our dreary winter months is a win for everyone, and most importantly it helps a very important cause through our partnership with Heat Up St. Louis,” said Chris Eckert, President of Eckert’s Farms.

To go along with you choice of cider, check out the exclusive Cider Cabin menu. It includes butter boards, a charcuterie board, and a bison burger. Eckert’s standard Cider Shed menu will also be available which includes items like pretzels with hard cider cheese fondue, brisket nachos, and more.

Eckert’s Cozy Cider Cabin will be open from 4:30 p.m. – 9 p.m Thursdays to Sundays, beginning Thursday, Jan. 12, and running through Sunday, Feb. 19. Reservations are encouraged and can be made on Eckert’s website here. Walk-ins are welcome and the $5 reservation fee will be accepted at the door.
