You’ve got another chance to land a can of Summit’s 30th anniversary Keller Pils

keller pilsApparently St. Louis is full of savvy beer drinkers.  When The Wine and Cheese Place published on its blog, just yesterday, July 14th, that it had a limited supply of Summit Brewing’s 30th anniversary Keller Pils, those in the know did not allow them to remain on the shelves very long.  But wait.  If you’re not among the lucky ones, like me, who got their hands on this limited edition lager, there is hope.  But you better hurry.

This Pils is among four special beers, Summit is producing to celebrate 30 years of brewing.

These beers exemplify the spirit of Summit: grounded in tradition and quality but always looking forward with innovation and modern brewing approaches.

The Keller Pils is an unfiltered traditional German style beer, dating all the way back to the Middle Ages, and unlike any lager they’ve ever produced.  They sourced a heritage German barley variety with a blend of traditional and modern German hops along with a Munich lager yeast from a private collection. Here’s to three, full-flavored decades of sharing quality brewing ingredients with quality beer lovers. Cheers!
